Pit N Portal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Site Administrator Superintendent, the Site Administrator will work across our Tank and Daisy Milano Operations at Mount Monger.

Key responsibilities include:
- Provide a high-level of administrative support to the site team, that aligns with the administration departments target of consistently providing efficiency, accuracy and high-quality outcomes
- Assist with preparing, formatting and maintaining documentation, plans and reports in line with Pit N Portal standards
- Responsible for the daily running and operational requirements of the mine site office
- Facilitate the new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork, flights and accommodation
- Raising and receipting of purchase orders
- Assist with the maintenance and accurate upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registers
- Daily data-entry of timesheets and mining physicals
- Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required
Required skills / experience & attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years experienced working in a site-based administration role in the Mining and Resource sector, preferably within Underground Mining
- Significant prior experience within a fast-paced administration role
- Strong computer literacy and at least intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience using Pronto would be highly advantageous
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- With strong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmates
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomes
- A First Aid Certificate
- Valid "C Class" Manual Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- A National Police Clearance within 6 months of issue date
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
- Working Rights within Australia
