We’re looking for a dynamic Site Administrator to join our Orelia site on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be the driving force behind our site administration, keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Supporting a high-performing heavy earthmoving rental and maintenance team, you’ll play a key role in keeping site operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver efficient and high-quality administrative support to site supervisors and management.
Maintain accurate personnel, training, and compliance records.
Coordinate flights, accommodation, rosters, and workforce mobilisations.
Assist with onboarding, inductions, and site access processes.
Prepare, organise, and distribute site reports, registers, and documentation.
Keep all data up to date and compliant using INX or similar systems.
Support HSE and operational reporting requirements.
Providing general administrative support as required
Previous site administration experience with a proactive, can-do approach
Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills
Solution-focused with the ability to meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and committed to delivering high-quality support
