About the Role

Join the Macmahon Underground team as a Site Administrator at Mt Carlton, supporting the underground project. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an excellent experience for project leaders by providing efficient, high-level administrative support on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient administrative support to the site operations, including data entry, reporting and document control
• Coordinate onboarding requirements for new starters, ensuring compliance and booking flights
• Delivering administrative support to the project leadership team when required
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• Previous onsite administration experience
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills
• Previous experience with SAP and Operational Data Entry
• Experience in payroll and booking flights
• Proven experience managing a varied workload
