About the Role

Provide Administrative support to our Project Team, working closely with leaders and crews to enable safe, efficient and compliant delivery. 

Responsibilities (not limited to the following)

• Provide administrative support to site management and staff, including roster management, leave management, travel and accommodation coordination
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement
• General data entry
• Raise requisitions and receipt purchase orders as required
• Reporting

What You’ll Bring 

• Previous experience in a Site Administrator role (preferably at an underground mine)
• Advance in the use of Microsoft Office
• Experience using SuccessFactors (Ideal)
• Strong attention to detail and service mindset
• Clear communication and ability to work with different teams
• Commitment to safety, respect and doing things the right way
• Current Manual Australian Drivers Licence (Essential)

• Roster: 14:14 (all Days)
• DIDO from Kalgoorlie area
• FIFO from Perth
