Site Administrator and Administrator Supervisors
Work Location:
- Site admin: Fortescue’s Christmas Creek mine is located on the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli people.
- Admin Supervisor: Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people.
Roster:
- Site admin: 4D/3R ex Perth
- Admin Supervisor: Monday – Friday with rotational on-call nights and weekends
Fortescue are seeking experienced administrators for both site based and Perth based roles working across various departments. The successful candidates will have previous site administration experience and supervisory experienced for supervisor roles. Acting as the key liaison with other departments and suppliers, you will have a proactive and professional approach to support the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient, proactive and excellent time management skills, manages priorities and adapts to changing and complex priorities and time frames
- Booking travel and accommodation for site departments including visitor mobilisation, purchasing, accounts payable, on boarding new starters, leave management, maintaining rosters, reporting, auditing, general administration duties
- Develop and/or maintain guides, procedures and templates for the administration team
- Support department communications and reporting
- Administrative tasks related to purchasing, e.g. Purchase Order generation, Invoice reconciliation
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous site administration, travel accommodation booking experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to continuously prioritise workload
- SAP experience preferable
- Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Excellent organisational, time and prioritisation management skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
