Based within our Performance department, this full-time role will be on an even time roster, predominately 8:6 roster and flexibility will be required. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks ensuring effectiveness within the site-office across all projects in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support, training and mentoring to Site Administrators.
- Acting as point of contact for site administrators queries an assist with leave coverage.
- Attend site to conduct internal audits to ensure Site Administration & Office Management policies and procedures are maintained and consistently applied.
- Support change management and improvement projects – work closely with Site Admin Coordinator to ensure any new task/systems are consistently and effectively rolled out across sites.
- Attend site to troubleshoot any administrative issues that may arise.
- Setup administrative systems and assist with mobilisation of new sites.
- Identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with other departments to deliver on deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and records.
Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years administrative experience in a FIFO Mining environment. (UG mining is preferred)
- Relevant experience in a leadership role/ people managment
- Excellent technical skills in a range of systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and effective time management. Never Wasteful
- Ability to analyse, resolve problems and make decisions in a logical and effective manner.
- Excellent organisational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in SAP, Success Factors is advantageous.
- Must have physical and mental ability to withstand long hours in a strenuous and potentially high hazard work environment.
- Successfully pass a Pre-Employment Medical and obtain National Police Clearance
- C class licence is minimum.
- MS Office knowledge, Proficient in Excel and MS word should be intermediate to advanced.
- Ability to work autonomously.
