About the role

We are looking for an Administrator to join the Robe Valley Operational Excellence team. This role provides administrative support to the mine site operations team.

Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, your role will entail:

  • Efficient coordination of Flights and Accommodation for all Robe Valley personnel, visitors and external RTIO personnel.
  • Purchase to Pay via SAP (raising purchase orders for site consumables, labour hire and creating service entry sheets)
  • Managing the Robe Valley Admin shared inbox to ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • General administrative assistance for Robe Valley Operations
  • Performing adhoc tasks within capabilities as requested.

Where you’ll be working

This role is based at Mesa A - Robe Valley, located in the scenic Pilbara region of Western Australia within close driving distance to the major centre of Karratha and renowned tourist destinations such as Millstream National Park, Exmouth, Onslow and Coral Bay. FIFO is available from Perth.
