What is your day-to-day going to look like?

• Have an impact: Help us keep on track by raising requisitions, committing timesheet batches, raising labour quotes, maintain site rosters.
• Make a difference: Maintain site access paperwork and site compliance (CMS) for employees and contractors, raise & receipt purchase orders, including cross referencing against work scopes
• Use our systems: Use Workplace to raise requisitions, GP (Great Plains) to receipt & commit batches, AMT to review work orders, Rapid inductions and FCM for travel requests.

What are you bringing to the table?

• Ideally, you would have experience in maintenance administration on site
• We would love for you to have experience receipting, using excel, raising requisitions and work orders, timesheet processing & more! (If you don’t have it all, don’t worry we’ll train you!)
• Personality – the right attitude, a commitment to time management, a willingness to learn
