Site Based Maintenance Administrator

We are seeking an Administrator to join our friendly team at Poitrel, to provide high level administration support for our Poitrel Project. 

What you will do

You will be the 'go-to administration guru' supporting our world class heavy earthmoving rental fleet and maintenance professionals with all aspects of maintenance and project support administration including:

• Opening & closing work orders and recording equipment downtime
• Updating and maintaining rosters
• Raising and receipting purchase orders for goods and services and resolving invoice queries
• Maintaining equipment and other registers including back charges
• Preparation of work packs for site teams
• Ensuring HSE information is captured and accurately entered into business system
• General administration duties as delegated
