What your day to day looks like:

• Provide a high-level of administrative support to the site team, that aligns with the administration departments target of consistently providing efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality outcomes
• Assist with preparing, formatting, and maintaining documentation, plans, and reports in line with Emeco standards 
• Responsible for the daily running and operational requirements of the mine site office
• Facilitate the new starter process with inductions, site entry paperwork, flights, and accommodation
• Raising and receipting of purchase orders
• Assist with the maintenance and accurate upkeep of relevant databases, document management systems & registers
• Daily data-entry of timesheets and mining physicals
• Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required

What the ideal candidate has:

• Significant experience within a fast-paced administration role
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Site Administrator
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
• Strong communication and people skills, you are comfortable integrating into a diverse team and building strong relationships with your workmates
• Self-motivated, high-energy, and consistently try your best at delivering quality outcomes
• Must have full working rights within Australia
