About the Role
The Site Systems Training Administrator plays an integral role in ensuring compliance and quality support to all persons onsite. In this role you will provide support regarding training processes and procedures across a large operation. We are eager to engage with people who have a genuine interest in providing quality customer support whilst ensuring compliance the Site Training Scheme.
This is a Monday to Friday position based at our Blackwater Mine and is a residential position. The role will include ensuring the integrity of the site’s training records through verification and compliance administration and data entry into the learning management system.
About You
As the successful candidate you will possess the following:
- Ability to work with large volumes of data efficiently, both hard copy and electronic
- Demonstrated initiative for continuous improvement of established and new processes
- Training experience (preferred) or high functioning administrator that values customer service and efficient support
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated working ability in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Good communication skills both written and verbal with ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders of varying levels.
