Emeco is a dynamic and forward-thinking Mining Services company on a transformative journey to revolutionize its business processes. At the heart of this transformation is the replacement and consolidation of two aging ERPs into Dynamics 365, a critical project that will shape our future success.

About the Role:

As an ERP Solution Architect at Emeco, you will play a pivotal role in our journey towards technological excellence. Collaborating closely with our ERP project team, internal stakeholders, and our ERP system implementor, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions within the ERP project. Your expertise in technology frameworks, systems integration, and architectural best practices will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of this mission-critical project.

This is a 12 month fixed term position, with a possible extension, depending on the project completion date.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the ERP project team to thoroughly understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical ERP solutions.
• Develop architectural designs that align with Emeco's business objectives, adhere to architectural principles, and incorporate industry best practices.
• Create solution designs encompassing applications, integrations, reports, data management, security measures, environments, test automation, and release management.
• Uphold architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure the consistency, maintainability, and security of the ERP solution.
• Conduct design reviews and perform risk assessments of the ERP design, working closely with the systems integrator.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including solution blueprints, system diagrams, interface specifications, and configuration guides.

About you:

• Completed or working towards a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (desirable).
• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, with a proven track record of designing and implementing ERP solutions in complex environments.
• Broad technology expertise, spanning business applications such as ERP, SaaS, Data, Integration, and infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of finance, supply chain, and asset management.
• Proficiency in agile, DevOps, and customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented, initiative-driven, and organized.
• Effective communicator, fostering open expression.
• Tech-savvy with a focus on efficient execution.
