The preferred candidates will have:

• 1-2 years’ experience working as an operator in an alumina refinery or equivalent process plant environment
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and hazard awareness
• Effective communication
• A desire to be part of a high-performing team

A Certificate III in Process Plant Manufacturing will be highly regarded

Location:  Worsley Refinery, employees typically choose to live in Australind, Bunbury, Collie, or nearby communities, which offer a desirable country lifestyle.

Worsley is a local employer, and there is no on-site accommodation so employees commute daily.
