About the Role

We are seeking Expression of Interest for the role of Specialist Information Governance.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Asset training and Documentation Governance Team in a Perth based role.

Reporting to the Superintendent Documentation Governance will be responsible for ensuring governance for Controlled Documents for the WAIO asset.

In  this role you will:

  • Work closely with document custodians to create workflows to develop new or modify existing controlled documents
  • Provide guidance on the utilisation, approve access and verify compliance for the system used to manage controlled documents
  • Provide monthly compliance reports to the asset
  • Provide technical support, governance and compliance advice to the business
  • Complete quality assurance on documents and validate compliance to the standard and appropriate master data
  • Work closely with the Business Standards Improvement, Technical Training and Governance Reporting teams to align the documentation and training outcomes

This role is working a 5:2 roster and supportive of flexible working options.

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • An overriding commitment to health, safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Excellent change management and problem solving skills to support the needs of our customer
  • Experience in using D2 Documentum as a document control officer is not mandatory but will be highly regarded
