About the role

We are looking for a Specialist – Cloud Operations, with relevant engineering disciplines across Direct to Cloud, automation, native solution and integration in Azure and AWS Cloud Environments.

Reporting to the Manager, Cloud Operations, and working in an exciting and collaborative environment within the Cloud Centre of Excellence, you will:

• Guide the team through our Cloud Operations build.
• Develop framework for reviewing, onboarding and delivering Cloud Operations led projects.
• Provide specialist guidance to our multi-support partner approach.
• Develop process/procedure/methods in relation to Cloud technology.
• Champion a mindset change in Cloud Operations impacting our standards and process improvements.

What you’ll bring

• A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
• Bachelor’s degree qualification (Telecommunications/Engineering, IT/Data Networks) or equivalent experience.
• Certified in Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and processes and system engineering.
