About the role:

We are looking for a Specialist Directories to be responsible for delivering ongoing identity lifecycle management, access management and application security services across Rio Tinto.

Reporting to the Senior Specialist Directories and working in a collaborative and highly experienced team, the Specialist Directories will:

  • Support the delivery of the ongoing operations and maintenance of Active Directory, PKI & Azure AD
  • Act as the SME for AD/PKI to Identity projects and ensure operation governance process and controls are implemented as per the standards
  • Provide guidance and operational support to solutions delivered by projects and operational vendors
  • Provide guidance and direction to vendors when required and work with other support teams to ensure the successful delivery of operations and support services globally
  • Ensure AD/PKI Risk and Controls are embedded and effectively operated
  • Continuous improvement & optimisation of the PKI platform (EJBCA & KeyFactor solution)
  • PKI Certificate Lifecycle Management & Automation
  • Responsible for Governance, Controls and maintaining the security posture
  • Provide support and manage Critical Incidents and Problem management

What you’ll bring

  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Extensive Microsoft Windows Server administration & global Active Directory Schema experience (Win2000 – 2016)
  • Experience working in Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders, in multiple regions / time zones
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with above technologies
  • Degree qualified or relevant industry experience
  • Microsoft Certification in Active Directory, Azure AD, Identity Management is desirable
