About the Role
Joining the Global Business Services, HR Services Hub, you will be a member of a dynamic, professional, motivated and caring team with a focus on supporting leaders, uplifting data quality and ‘big picture’ thinking.
The successful candidate/s will demonstrate solid experience in developing trusted working relationships, focus on uplifting customer sentiment, proven experience in managing stakeholders, attention to data quality and experience executing HR projects/initiatives. Additionally, your strong critical thinking and ability to successfully navigate through ambiguity will contribute to your success in role.
As a HR Service Partner, you will be accountable for:
- Supporting and transacting on behalf of leaders on key people related transactions in Employee Central
- Leading proactive HR data uplift through regular cadences with leaders, ensuring accurate and timely master data processing
- Collaborate with leaders and partner with the line to support planning activities linked to transactional work
- Identify and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the GBS HR value chain
- Act as a concierge for your line leaders to handle complex or sensitive cases
- Supporting line leaders with HR cases and escalations, having accountability for resolution/updates
- Assisting leaders in navigating the broader HR sub functions
- Work closely with our HR Operations team and provide Asset/Function specific context where required
- Provide support restructures, including org structure changes, bulk people moves/people data submissions
- Execute HR projects and initiatives aligned to the operational priorities of the team and function

About You
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, customer services, problem solving, organisational skills will be critical to your success in this role, as will your attention to detail and your talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes
- Skilled HR professional with strong HR process governance skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail
- Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, with the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution focused nature
- Understanding of HR tools, processes and systems with experience using SAP and Success Factors (would be of benefit)
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and can actively identify opportunities for improved customer outcomes
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and strong learning agility
