About the Role
You will be primarily responsible for:
- Partnering with our technology team to drive the delivery of system enhancements, specifically letter automation, from scoping to embedment
- Supporting with the other activities for the overall Boardings program e.g. problem solving, inputs on solution and future state designs, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and OCM (Organisation Change Management) prep/execution
- Risk identification and resolution, proactive problem solving to ensure deadlines are met
- Identification and engagement with key stakeholders impacted by the changes you are delivering
About You
- Understanding of customer pain points and challenges across GBS (Global Business Services) HR, with a passion to simplify the experience and fix our core processes through technology solutions
- Ability to identify and understand different stakeholders and their needs, influence others and work collaboratively to get aligned outcomes
- You can build strong personal connections and good working relationships
- You’re able to proactively identify risks and issues and recommend options for mitigation or resolution
- Ability to work in the detail as well as understand and manage impacts of your solution designs more broadly
- Inquisitive in nature, strong attention to detail and determination to deliver
