About the role
We are looking for a Specialist Integration to deliver excellence in the Quarterly Forecasting (QF) process by providing governance and direction to submitting maintenance and renewal work streams, working collaboratively with Integrated Operations to utilise schedule loss in the most productive manor, while providing support, training and coaching to the down stream planning and integration teams.
This role is a great opportunity to join a large-scale operation and oversee a skilled team in the successful delivery of maintenance activities.
Reporting to the Superintendent Integration, you will:
Ensure work streams are aware of their deliverables within the QF process
Provide guidance and challenge on submission and workbank quality
Update Accommodation forecasts as per QF process and work with People Logistics Advisor
Meet QF stage gates and deliverables
Meet medium term planning stage gates and deliverables
Provide guidance to long term planning and engineering teams on integrated planning strategies
Collaboratively work with ISP to deliver the highest value plans
Complete Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly reconciliation of QF against execution
Actively drive continuous improvement in the QF and Planning Process
Provide automation and process support / coaching to all teams
Support Integration Superintendent where required
Provide guidance on plan executability relating to support services and overall strategy
Provide SME input into short term planning when large supply chain deviation occurs
Complete monthly field time with the execution streams
What you’ll bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
Significant experience in planning and scheduling
Significant experience in supply chain integration
Demonstrated experience translating technical documents to executable plans
Minimum one year Rail experience
Experience working with/in diverse teams
Advanced Excel and VBA coding
Manual driver’s license
Planning, Scheduling and Asset Management training
Rail Supervised Worker
Exceptional relationship building with numerous key stakeholders
Self-manage workload and job complexities
Work well in a team environment and influence people in a positive manner
Read and interpret track schematics
Ability to interpret linear data and sequence works
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Rail Maintenance strategies and execution methodologies
Experience in SAP
Can work under limited supervision and meet tight deadlines
Understands basic execution sequencing principles
Knowledge and understanding of the Planning and Scheduling procedures

Where you will be working
Our privately owned and operated rail network is an essential part of our integrated production process and services our 15 mines across the Pilbara via 1,700km of track. With depots located at Tom Price, Cape Lambert and Dampier (7 Mile), each train is operated by a single driver and comprises up to three locomotives and 240 ore cars stretching to approximately 2.7 kilometres in length with over 40 trains operating per day. We are also applying and adapting technology to improve safety and productivity across our rail network.
