  • Partner with operational leaders and workforce planning teams to understand current and future talent requirements across multiple regions.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract skilled international candidates in competitive global labour markets.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical operational, technical and leadership positions.
  • Coordinate closely with Global Mobility, HR and external providers to support visa, immigration, mobilisation and onboarding processes.
  • Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking and talent insights to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through effective communication, stakeholder engagement and process management.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and candidate records, ensuring compliance with relevant employment and immigration requirements.
  • Support international recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives and talent attraction projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment, global mobility and workforce planning processes.

Our ideal candidate will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition or international recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting internationally mobile or expatriate talent, ideally within mining, resources, construction, engineering or project environments.
  • An understanding of international employment considerations, visa pathways and mobilisation processes (highly regarded).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across operational and corporate teams.
  • Experience sourcing candidates across multiple geographic markets and talent pools.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies and sourcing platforms.
  • The ability to analyse recruitment trends and market data to support workforce planning and hiring outcomes.

What can we offer you?

  • Flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to collaborate with teams across Australia, Africa and North America.
  • Exposure to international workforce planning, expatriate recruitment and global mobility programs.
  • Employee discounts across health, technology, travel, retail and entertainment.
  • The opportunity to contribute to the growth of one of the world's leading underground mining contractors.
  • Ongoing career development, learning opportunities and exposure to global talent acquisition initiatives.
  • A supportive, collaborative environment where your contribution genuinely impacts business success.
