We are looking for a Lean Agile Specialist – IT Portfolio Management to work within the Office of the CIO (oCIO) – Value Realisation Office (VRO).

You will be part of a team that enables IS&T to deliver strategic and customer centric value to its customers through lean/agile governance frameworks, guardrails, and guidance. Reporting to the Manager, Lean Portfolio, and working within our global Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) team, you will: 

  • Be committed to the safety of yourself and your team and lead by example with an ever-present growth mindset. 
  • Work with various functions within IS&T to establish Right Sized Governance guidance, guardrails and training materials within a lean/agile context.
  • Develop interim and future state governance materials to support IS&T’s digital transformation
  • Implement / operationalise and manage lean governance events and processes
  • Provide coaching and guidance on lean and agile portfolio ways of working
  • Support the broader objectives and priorities of the VRO team

  • Experience in developing governance frameworks for both waterfall and agile environments at Portfolio and Programme levels
  • Experience with Scaled Agile practices
  • Understanding of CMMI or similar capability or process frameworks
  • Strong experience working in a complex PMO/ Portfolio Office
