About this role

We are looking for a Specialist – Learning Enablement to support the delivery of training and enablement activities across the Modern ERP program.

This role is focused on mobilising and supporting training network, ensuring early adopters and trainers are set up for success and equipped to deliver consistent and effective training across the business. You will play a key role in coordinating large cohorts of users, supporting onboarding and logistics and maintaining strong engagement across global teams.

Working alongside learning and change teams, you will help ensure that training delivery is structured, supported and aligned to program timelines and business needs.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the rollout of the Train-the-Trainer model across the global program

  • Coordinate onboarding of large training cohorts and early adopters ensuring readiness for delivery

  • Facilitate weekly and regional training calls to support trainers and maintain engagement

  • Build and maintain a support model for trainers including regular touchpoints and guidance

  • Partner with stakeholders across regions to ensure training delivery is aligned and effective

  • Provide support to early adopters helping to resolve issues and maintain momentum

  • Coordinate logistics and administration activities including session scheduling and calendar management

  • Contribute to training reporting and dashboards tracking progress and identifying risks and improvement opportunities

What you’ll bring

  • Experience supporting training delivery or learning enablement within a large program or transformation

  • Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and facilitation across diverse teams

  • Experience working with Train-the-Trainer models or large-scale training networks

  • Ability to coordinate complex logistics and competing priorities across multiple regions

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments

  • Confident communicator who can build relationships and support trainers and stakeholders effectively

  • Understanding of ERP or technology-driven change environments is advantageous

  • A proactive and people-focused approach with the ability to support others through change

You’ll join the Modern ERP Program — a multi‑disciplinary team bringing together technology, process, data and change specialists to reshape how work happens across Rio Tinto. We’re modernising a 20‑year‑old ERP system and redesigning core business processes to improve safety, efficiency and ignite innovation.
