The purpose of this role is to provide first line work management data support & analysis to SAP end users to ensure adoption and conformance of standard SAP data design and effective system use. This role is offered on a Full-time contract working 9 day fortnight.

Accountabilities

Primary responsibilities are to:

• Understand SAP Work Management Data Design, Process and Compliance Reporting
• Facilitate the changes to SAP Work Management Data impacted by SAP Design changes or SAP Change Requests, including, but not limited to, modification and creation of Tasklists, Maintenance Plans and Functional Locations and associated Bill of Materials.
• Participate in asset implementation of SAP suites as they arise
• Provide support / facilitation, development of training material, coaching / training to ensure SAP stakeholders have a good understanding of the SAP Work Management Data Design and how to implement / execute changes to SAP objects.
• Provides SAP stakeholders with resolutions of issues regarding Work Management Master Data.
• Monitor compliance of SAP Work Management Data metrics and provide governance support.
• Support / encourage peers and other team members to build a safety orientated, high performance culture, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Provide SAP Work Management Data Design support to Greenfields/ Brownfields Maintenance Preparedness Project Teams including creation of Plant Identification Numbers to site standards & changes to Operational and Maintenance strategies
• Supporting A&I in the interpretation / corrective action for Statutory / Work Management Data Reports.

About You  

• High School Certificate/Diploma
• Proficiency in building relationships with peers and management to resolve issues and provide meaningful training.
• Ability to coach and advise SAP end users.
• Strong computer / SAP skills, specializing in the use of Microsoft Office suite and SAP. - Experience in SAP integration points and Data standards.
• Proven performance in identifying gaps in current training and performance of end users and developing appropriate training material to suit the audience.
• Experience in the delivery of training to individuals as well as groups.
• Proficiency in monitoring the performance of a business area, driving process improvements and developing/monitoring relevant KPIs.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
