About the Role
You will be primarily responsible for:
- Designing and deploying OCM (Organisation Change Management) plans, stakeholder analysis and Impact Assessments in line with BHP OCM framework
- Working closely with project team to facilitate adherence to change and mitigate risks or roadblocks that could impact change
- Ensuring training plans are built and executed to a high standard to prepare impacted teams for go-live and accelerate embedment of changes
- Stakeholder identification and support in stakeholder engagement and communications where required by the team
About You
- You have strong communication skills and you’re able to convey complex changes in a simple manner, considering the target audience
- You’re comfortable speaking with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders
- You’re a team player and quick to learn
- Can handle ambiguity and adjust to last minute changes or shifts in direction
- Existing relationships and understanding of the different HR functions and their responsibilities is strongly advantageous but not essential
