About the Role
This role is based at our Mt Arthur Mine on a 7 days on 7 days off dayshift only roster. Please note this role is a residential role and no FIFO will be offered.
Your duties will include:

Ensure day to day Availability of the sites Fleet Management, Wireless Telemetry Systems, Network and Server Infrastructure and Digital Radio System.

You will be required to assist in the installation and maintenance of Wireless Telemetry Systems (WTS).

You will be required to assist in the installation and maintenance of Production and non-Production CCTV Systems, Fleet Management System, Physical Access Management System, Digital Radio System and/or other OT systems as the need arises.

Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to support teams to resolve priority issues

Execute the Maintenance work plan and elevate unplanned and non-routine activity or performance to the Supervisor.

Assist the Technology Supervisor Site Operations in identifying and implementing initiatives that contribute to current and potential value to the business from a Site Operations perspective, ensuring compliance to the Change Management Procedure.

Execute work orders as per schedule and relevant work instructions associated with the work orders.

Provide input into root cause analysis and subsequent resolution of issues affecting equipment reliability.

Ensure adequate scoping of corrective work to facilitate the planning process.

Ensure returns of unused or reparable materials are processed accurately.

Validate quality of work performed prior to completion.

Review and request updates to Work Management and other Master Data as required

Step up as team supervisor as required.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Trade certificate in Telecommunications, Radio Communications, Electronics & Communications, Auto Electrical or other related fields.
- Experience with Analogue and Digital 2-way radio systems
- Multi Skilled across Communications and Electronic systems
- Experience with Point to Point links.
- Experience with Fleet Management Systems.
- A proven track record of Safety within an operational environment.
- An ability to prioritise effectively and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Proactively build relationships with customers/partners.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse and inclusive team and work environment.
- Australian C class driver’s license
- Coal mine exposure would be advantageous
- Experience is 1SAP would be advantageous
- ACMA Open/unrestricted Cabling Licence preferable
- EWP High Risk Work Operation Ticket preferable
