Reporting to the Superintendent Drills & Light Vehicles the Specialist Drills Planner develops, maintains and communicates maintenance plans to a range of stakeholders.
This position is based on site at Olympic Dam, operating on a 5/2, Monday to Friday roster, with residential or FIFO (from Adelaide) options available.
In this role you will:
- Comply to and consistently follow the standards and procedures designed to enable you to work safely and effectively every day
- Carry out planning activities including arranging resources and material requirements
- Work with maintenance schedulers and execution teams to ensure optimised work plans are implemented during maintenance activities
- Maintain strong relationships with Fixed Plant Maintenance execution and Maintenance Execution Centre of Excellence teams
- Contribute to the improvement of weekly rolling schedule and allocate resources based on risk to compliance-to-plan

About You
- Proven commitment to look after your own wellbeing and the confidence to speak up when others put themselves in harm’s way
- Demonstrated relevant experience in maintenance planning & scheduling
- High level of proficiency with SAP system (or similar)
- Experience with CMMS software will be added advantageous, but not mandatory
- Proactive communication skills verbal and written
- Sound working knowledge with Microsoft office tools
- Experience with Master Data and Continues Improvement will deem advantageous
