About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Planner Surface Maintenance, this role involves collaborating with peers, execution teams and leaders across the business to provide a high volume of sequenced work packages in accordance with planning milestones.
In this role, you will:
- Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development.
- Plans to a high quality with consideration to the 12 week Rolling Major Events Calendar and relevant Total Equipment Strategies.
- Reviews Notifications and creates Work Orders from approved scopes of work.
- Accurately resources work packages prior to scheduling, arranges specialist or external resources, create required part demand and liaises with Inventory Planner, to support the completion of complex work.
- Sequences work allowing for optimisation of the schedule.
- Monitors Parts Availability Tracker (PAT).
- Increases efficiency and accuracy through repetition of tasks, develops SAP Master Data to embed Standard Work Packages into Task Lists.
- Identify errors in Master Data and address inconsistency.
About You
You will be a self-motivated professional with a solid record or accomplishment of achieving results through influence, mentoring and planning.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Knowledge of Planning and Scheduling processes and/or logistics and coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to influence at multiple levels in an organisation.
- Ability to collaborate with peer groups and client groups to share feedback and resolve problems.
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills.
- Has existing computer literacy and able to successfully use the following systems - 1SAP, Fiori, MS Excel and Word.
Location
This role will be offered as a FIFO from Adelaide and working on 5D2X,4D3X or Residential at Roxby Downs on 5D2X roster. Flexible work options will be considered.
