We are looking for a Specialist – Procurement Sustainability to join our Performance and Assurance team, within the Policy, Process and Performance function, part of Global Procurement Strategy, Risk and Governance.
This is a job share opportunity (0.6 FTE) working three days per week, with one crossover day for handover and collaboration with your job-share partner. The role reports directly to the Manager, Performance and Assurance.
Your focus will be on delivering high-quality analysis, reporting and assurance related to sustainability in procurement. This includes supporting the integrity of supplier data, monitoring ESG-related performance, identifying risks, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
You’ll work with a range of stakeholders across Procurement and other functional teams such as Human Rights, Environment, Climate Change and Risk, while working with the data, tools and processes that underpin how Procurement delivers on sustainability.
Key responsibilities
Contribute to sustainability-related procurement processes/initiatives (e.g. supplier surveys, ESG reporting, process improvements)
Support ESG performance tracking, assurance, reporting and continuous improvement in procurement
Maintain and improve communication channels and internal content related to procurement sustainability performance
Collaborate closely with your job share partner to deliver seamless, consistent outputs
What you’ll bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you will ideally have:
A relevant degree in commerce, sustainability, economics, engineering or similar
Solid understanding of procurement processes, preferably with exposure to ESG and risk themes
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Power BI or other visualisation experience is highly desirable
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A collaborative approach and willingness to share, learn and contribute as part of a team
