About the Role

We are currently seeking a Study Specialist to join the WA Asset Projects Studies Group. A role that is pivotal in the successful identification and management of projects with a focus on environmental and health risk areas. The Study Specialist role brings a unique opportunity to use existing technical knowledge and experience whilst expanding your project management skillsets, all under the guidance and support of the Study Lead and Manager. Project management utilises a broad range of skills including critical thinking, problem solving, effective communication, negotiation and conflict management, organisation and workload prioritisation. This role will give you the opportunity to build on these skillsets and you will be encouraged to take ownership for driving Projects to successful outcomes within a safe and supportive team environment. Reporting to a Study Lead in the Mines and Non-Process Infrastructure Portfolio, you will support the development of Projects through Initiation, Identification, Selection and Definition investment phases.
