About the Role

As a Specialist Scheduler you are responsible for developing, maintaining and communicating maintenance work plans for our front-line teams to safely execute. 

Success in the role is enabled through leveraging work management processes and systems to manage a rolling 12-week maintenance plan, integrating with production requirements.

Reporting to the Superintendent Planning, Scheduling and Asset Health, your key deliverables will include:  

  • Delivering a high volume of optimised maintenance plans for Fixed Plant equipment.
  • Monitoring, controlling and improving weekly work management processes.
  • Improving master data to support maintenance strategy accuracy.
  • Implementing automation to improve scheduling efficiency.

About You

As a successful candidate you will possess the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning and scheduling processes and or logistics and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to facilitate collaboration with peers and stakeholders to problem solve and drive business outcomes.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Values simplification and improving processes and systems.
  • An understanding of asset management principles.
  • Familiar with SAP/1SAP or similar ERP system will deem as advantageous.

Roster and Location

In this job share permanent Part-Time role, you will be working on 3 days (Wed-Fri) 2 off (Sat-Sun), 3 days (Mon-Wed) 6 off (Thu-Thu) roster. You will be based in Perth, Western Australia, in the multi award winning office tower - ‘City Square’. You will have stunning river views from your modern open plan office, state of the art facilities including virtual whiteboards and video conferencing facilities, 550 bicycle racks with ample lockers, showers and change room amenities and a large outdoor terrace with barbecues.
