We are seeking a Strategic Souring Specialist to join our newly rebranded, growing Talent Acquisition team. This is an integral role that will see you support the function and contribute to the team’s overall success.

About the Role

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will partner with the broader Talent Acquisition (TA) team to develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and build a pipeline and network of specified talent, utilising various sourcing tools and channels. This will drive a key outcome of fast-tracking recruitment processes for our business and ensure we are maintaining robust talent pool health and engagement with top talent in the industry. You will live and breathe our brand, delivering a flawless candidate experience and exceptional hiring outcomes.

Flexibility is promoted at the Perenti Group; with most of the TA team choosing to work in a hybrid environment that supports working from home (WFH) and allows the opportunity to spend days in the office where you can network, build positive relationships with your stakeholders and foster team engagement.

Key Requirements

The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will prove their commitment to candidate care, with exceptional attention to detail, and offer the following attributes and capability:  

• Proactive sourcing and talent attraction; know what channels to utilise and how to engage and nurture talent into the hiring line 
• Ability to capture and research competitor insights, market intel and candidate insights to form part of the sourcing and attraction strategies 
• Talent pool creation management and optimisation; demonstrate an understanding of the candidate market and aligning talent for future opportunities 
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and provide feedback to the TA team on candidate and market insights to assist with end-to-end TA process.
