About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Asset training and Documentation Governance Team in a Perth based role.

Reporting to the Superintendent Governance Reporting you will be responsible for the execution and governance of training needs analysis for the WAIO asset.

In  this role you will:

  • Work closely with learning owners and site execution teams to ensure training assignment compliance and governance to procedural and legislative requirements
  • Develop and champion continuous improvement solutions in relation to training needs analysis through partnership and collaboration with key business stakeholders
  • Provide coaching, technical support and subject matter expertise on training assignment processes and system structure for WAIO Asset.
  • Work closely with the Global Learning Hub, Business Standards Improvement, Technical Training and Governance Reporting teams to align training assignment to system, documentation and training outcome requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance auditing on training assignments across WAIO Asset, validating compliance to procedural and legislative requirements.

This role is working a 5:2 roster and supportive of flexible working options.

About You

The following attributes and qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to engage and build relationships across multiple layers of the organisation.
  • Organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management principles.
  • Experience and understanding of training needs analysis (TNA).
  • Exposure to auditing process and governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to problem solve, using data driven analysis to make sound decisions.
