About the role
Finding better ways to provide the materials the world needs
We are currently searching for experienced stations hands who will be able to commit long term (1 year +). We are a breeding and fattening property and primarily running Droughtmasters. The role will involve travel between our other stations, offering applicants the chance to work within our different teams and on different properties.

We strive to focus most of all on the wellbeing of our people and creating the right work environment for people to learn, contribute and grow Being based in the Pilbara there is scope to attend local and regional social events, rodeos/campdrafts/races etc as well as on the door step of Karijini national park or trip to the coast.
Your responsibilities will involve the safe delivery of the following activities:
- Mustering (Motorbikes, buggies and horses)
- Yardwork, drafting and processing livestock
- Feeding and monitoring livestock
- Bore Runs (Checking and repairing water points)
- Fencing and yard building
- Machinery operation
- Safety requirements
- Completion of mandatory training requirements
What you’ll bring
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- An adaptable attitude and work ethic
- Australian C Class manual drivers’ license or higher
- Ability to work safely and cooperatively in a team, demonstrating flexibility to business requirements
- The ability to ride a motorbike or horse competently
- Ability and willingness to live in a remote area and communal environment
- Long term goals in cattle and/or agricultural industry

Where you will be working
Located an hour from the towns of Paraburdoo and Tom Price. There is mobile coverage at the homestead and the station is within driving distance of Karijini National Park, Millstream National Park, Ningaloo Reef and the Dampier Archipelago.
