Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be a part of a dynamic and motivated team based at Open Cut Stores, onsite at Moolarben Coal Operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain excellent customer service.
• Perform a range of general warehouse duties.
• Receive and dispatch goods.
• Co-ordinate all logistics for major components to and from site.
• Provide direct feedback for the inventory control of all stock.
• Work with OEM and site resources, and other internal stakeholders to meet credit and returns deadlines.
• This role is day shift only, operating on the lifestyle roster.

Skills and Experience

Essential:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current forklift ticket.

Desirable:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Experience in inventory control and stock takes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of computer skills, with knowledge of SAP and Excel.
