Ashton - Owned by Yancoal, Ashton is an underground mine and coal handling preparation plant located in the beautiful Hunter Valley region of NSW.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Store Person to join our team at Ashton Coal Operation working from our Coal Handling Preparation Plant.
Reporting to the Senior Store Person, some of the duties of the Store Person will include;
- Maintaining inventories and stocktaking
- Restocking and issuing parts and consumables
- Ensuring compliance of commercial and procurement policies and procedures
- Raising and processing repair requisitions
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the same or similar position
- Supply computer system experience (SAP is advantageous)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High Risk Licence (forklift)
