Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be a part of a dynamic and motivated team based on site at Moolarben Coal Operations. The role will require you to:

• Maintain excellent customer service
• Perform a range of general warehouse duties
• Receive and dispatch goods
• Co-ordinate all logistics for major components to and from site
• Provide direct feedback for the inventory control of all stock
• Work with OEM and site resources, and other internal stakeholders to meet credit and returns deadlines

Skills and Experience

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Experience in inventory control and stock takes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of computer skills, with knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current forklift ticket
• A demonstrated commitment to safety and the environment
