Responsibilities 

•    Provide effective leadership and day to day management of the project and deliver the requirements in terms of safety, productivity, plant service delivery and cost. 
•    Set direction and engage effectively with the project workforce to create a performance culture that delivers positive results 
•    Lead by example, work, promote and manage in accordance with established work rules, regulations, policies and procedures
•    Identify and implement improvement opportunities leading to safer work practices and increased efficiencies and lower costs
•    Manage rosters to ensure construction requirements are able to be achieved safely and efficiently
•    Assist HR Department with recruit of personnel for operations requirements
