About the role
We are seeking a motivated Construction Superintendent to join our Sustaining Capital Project Team, to support the delivery of Facilities portfolios of projects across the Pilbara.
The Construction Superintendent will be working within a high performing team, that will support our Sustaining Capital delivery and study teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across a range of disciplines including structural, mechanical, electrical, non-process infrastructure, water management, bulk earthworks, heavy mobile equipment and civils.
Utilising strong leadership and construction management expertise, this role will play a pivotal part in the delivery of a portfolio of projects in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

Demonstrate strong personal commitment to the safety of yourself and others.
Have proven on-site construction experience across multi-disciplinary non-process infrastructure projects (i.e., buildings, villages, piping, electrical, civil, and earthworks)
Be willing to assume Statutory Supervisor accountabilities and be working toward relevant qualifications by end 2025.
Apply wide professional knowledge, experience, technical expertise and skills to all phases of construction.
Have a keen interest in innovation and best practice in the engineering construction field and the drive to apply this knowledge to deliver successful project outcomes.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience leading diverse teams and building stakeholder partnerships.
Extensive contractor management and engagement experience.
Effective problem solving, decision-making and prioritisation skills.
Exposure to RTIO processes and systems would be advantageous (particularly in Project Delivery teams).
A self-starting highly motivated and goal-oriented individual.
