Coaching contract owners on scope of work development, supplier qualification, execution methodologies and safe work design
Identifying and escalating planning gaps that may introduce safety, schedule or productivity risk
Owning contractor management demand and capacity forecasting across the PMO portfolio
Allocating and positioning CMS Supervisors as subject matter experts across portfolios, programs and projects
Owning IS&T APAC HSES procedures, systems and data, and supporting incident response and improvement initiatives
