About the Role
EMP CPPM is a new and innovative approaches to mine planning for stable, predictable business plan delivery. EMP CPPM specifically centres on managing the critical paths in execution using a project management approach to reduce variability and increase bottleneck performance, delivering stable mining operations for BMA. Our Enterprise Mining Probabilistic team (EMP) are seeking a Superintendent CPPM to join a technically motivated and results-driven team. Leading a core group, this role will be responsible for the integration of 150-day schedule with the 90-day project scheduled and the management of any disruptions within the 90-day project schedule window are managed or removed to protect critical path. To achieve this, you will be responsible for;
- Day to day project management of CPPM withing the operations
- Maintain a strong understand of the project plan and what is require to ensure delivery of the plan across all teams
- Escalation point to ensure alignment of operational value chain objectives, variability management and agreement of plans for execution
- Alignment of operations against decision rights to drive stability into the plan
- Accountable for the MIP/MOP process for CPPM
- Monitor and manage plan performance using PDCA cycle, escalation protocol and TARPs
- Guide project schedulers on prioritisation and allocation of resources across the operations to maintain critical path
- Return to work and 24hr plan approvals
About You

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following:
- Extensive practical mining leadership experience and thorough understand of the operational value chain
- Demonstrated ability to lead and problem solve – take initiative to identify improvements and implement effectively
- A proven commitment to safety and ability to build a risk aware culture to support safe and productive performance outcomes
- Ability to identify, engage and influence a range of stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
