About the Role
We are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Electrical Superintendent based within our Operations Services team located across our Pilbara assets in Western Australia. Reporting directly to the OS Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for collaborating with a number of internal stakeholders and leading a direct leadership team of supervisors, engineers and technical specialist. Your duties will include: • Foster positive & productive working relationships and team culture • Set and maintain clear safety standards within the team • Implementation of governance and licensing regulations • Lead safety investigations and risk assessments • Support execution of operational activities • Build capability through coaching, mentoring • Lead and support continuous improvement opportunities.
About You
The successful candidate will possess the following: • Qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Mechanic (A Grade Western Australian Electrical licence) • Demonstrate experience in leading high performing teams and professionals • Current industry experience in fixed plant/shutdown maintenance is desirable • Confidence to lead by example and coach others in Safety Leadership • Measured approach to leadership, problem solving and continues improvement • Ability to successfully lead and work within a team environment • Have experience or a fast leaner with work management software (eg. 1 SAP) • Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results • Demonstrated computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
