About the Role
We are enthusiastically seeking the talents of an experienced and engaging professional to join the BHP team in the capacity of Superintendent Infrastructure & Services.
Reporting to the Manager Fixed Plant Maintenance, this role will oversee the day-to-day running of Infrastructure services, Crane & Site services across Area C and South Flank.
Key Responsibilities in this role will include:
- Strategically plan and execute a cross functional portfolio of works including Facilities & Building Maintenance, Onsite Communications and lifting Services
- Participating in field leadership, safety meetings and managing key safety investigations relevant to the team
- Provide guidance to supervisors empowering them to drive performance within their team
- Positively shaping the Site Infrastructure & services Culture in alignment with BHP Charter values, Respectful Behaviours and Our Vision.
- Interfacing regularly with all site based customers to deliver our requirements
- Leveraging BHP Operating System (BOS) by developing & maintaining improvement projects across site infrastructure teams
- Accountable for monitoring area expenditure/trends and put remedial controls in place to meet budget requirements within the Fixed Plant Maintenance Dept.
- Taking responsibility for identifying and resolving systemic issues, and for assessing the potential impact on our Site Infrastructure portfolio
About You
