We are looking for a Superintendent Integration, to join the Rail Maintenance Integration team based at 7 Mile, Karratha. In this role, you will lead the Integration team to collate, sequence and optimise Maintenance and Renewals plans into the Iron Ore Supply Chain.
You will be responsible for managing all schedule loss impact submissions through annual planning, quarterly forecast and short term obstruction deviations as well as being the key interface for Rail Maintenance to Port & Rail Logistics and Integrated Scheduling & Planning.Leading on the frontline is one of the most important jobs in our business and comes with a huge amount of responsibility. Reporting to the Manager Rail Maintenance Integration and working a 5:2 4:3 roster, you will:
Lead the development and implementation of the Quarterly and Annual Plan, ensuring all works are effectively prioritised, optimised, integrated and delivered safely
Manage short term deviation to the track obstruction plan, optimising labour and opportunity to minimise impacts on the overall supply chain.
Partner with Port & Rail Logistics and Integrated Scheduling & Planning to achieve seamless coordination and high quality system outcomes
Support ongoing enhancements and effective use of Track Access Planning System ePAS across Rail
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using SPS practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Drive obstruction and planning governance, ensuring all activities and obstructions are planned and executed in line with the Obstruction Planning Standards and Rail Operating Rules
What you’ll bring
A strong commitment to the safety and wellbeing of yourself, your team and our workforce
Demonstrated experience in a supply chain, maintenance or logistics leadership role with a proven ability to deliver results in complex operational environments.
In depth knowledge of operations & maintenance planning practices, system level integration and supply chain management principles
Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills with the capability to build meaningful and productive relationships across diverse teams
The ability to perform under time pressures, applying strong problem solving and decision making skills
A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence

Where you’ll be workingOur rail network is the largest privately owned and operated heavy haul rail system in Australia, and as we focus on the future, our vision is to become the greatest heavy haul railway in the world.
We operate over 220 locomotives on nearly 2,000 kilometres of track in the Pilbara, transporting ore from 18 mines to four port terminals.
