We are looking for a Superintendent LME to lead our site based Light Mobile Equipment (LME) teams in the West Pilbara to safely maintain a reliable and extensive light mobile equipment fleet at the West Pilbara Operations.
This role is a great opportunity for an operational maintenance professional looking to work in a dynamic maintenance environment where you can influence the safety and reliability of the LME fleet which covers maintenance execution, maintenance planning, workshop management and reliability improvement. Working a 5,2,4,3 fly in fly out, roster and reporting to the Manager Utilities Management, you will be:
- Engaging with key customers of the LME fleet
- Providing leadership, coaching and development to a large team of LME supervisors and maintainers
- Identifying and ensuring maintenance best practices are utilised to ensure safety, maximise equipment reliability and minimise the time and cost of repairs.
- Delivering divisional targets
- Engaging and collaborating with operational and other key stakeholders
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve safety and equipment reliability

This role is based at our Tom Price is located in the central Pilbara, west of Karijini National Park and is our original Pilbara mine, currently employing residential and fly in fly out employees. It is known as one of the most attractive towns in the Pilbara with a high school, two primary schools a hospital and a high standard of recreational facilities.
