About the Role
Reporting to the Manager Infrastructure Maintenance, as the Superintendent Maintenance Execution you will lead a team focussed on the management and delivery of maintenance execution activities of pipeline and water treatment plants whilst overseeing the compliance to the weekly work schedule, work instructions and defined processes to achieve optimal maintenance and operational outcomes.
This position will be based in Peak Downs with residential or flexible travel options available.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all teams follow our safety systems and procedures and coach and mentor all teams through appropriate field leadership
- Delivering BOS principles with all teams and driving improvement in all areas
- Monitor the application of maintenance execution processes within the team to support local and GLD compliance
- Oversee and provide guidance to the execution of the weekly work schedule or shutdown schedules
- Provide feedback to NPI Planning, Systems and Improvement on equipment capability assumptions
- Ensuring shift teams provide adequate problem solving to drive plant reliability long term
- Monitor costs and contribution to the Maintenance budget
- Build business partnerships and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Mentor and coach operational discipline and high performance in work execution and enhance the technical knowledge of team members

About You
To be impactful in this role, you are an experienced maintenance leader with the skills and desire to drive improvements build effective stakeholder partnerships through your genuine engagement and collaboration.
In addition, we are ideally looking for the following skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualified or relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated success leading maintenance execution teams
- Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
- A proven track record in safety management
- Demonstrated success building cohesive and effective teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solution focused with the ability to work well under pressure
