About the role
We are looking for a Superintendent Mobile Equipment Maintenance (MEM) with mobile maintenance leadership experience to strategically lead the Brockman MEM team to implement transformational change to become the best MEM team across Pilbara.

Reporting to the Brockman MEM Manager and working in a challenging and exciting environment you will be:
- Demonstrating a personal commitment and passion for safety, inclusion and respect.
- An engaging and inspirational leader to transform the safety culture to become an interdependent culture.
- Fostering a culture of both step-change transformation as well as continuous improvement as part of our Rio Tinto Safety Production System.
- Experienced in Mobile Maintenance with prior maintenance execution, planning, scheduling and engineering leadership experience at a superintendent level.
- You will hold a suitable trade\engineering qualification backed by solid industry experience.
In addition to the above, this role will provide regular site leadership coverage and support all departments across site offering the successful candidate exposure to a variety of work fronts.

- Prior operational experience at Superintendent level
- A current Australian driver's license (Manual)

Where you’ll be working
Located 60km north-west of Tom Price, Brockman is wholly owned and operated by Rio Tinto. Opened in 2010, this open pit operation offers a family friendly fly in fly out roster with state-of-the-art camp facilities.
The Greater Brockman Operations consist of Brockman 2, Brockman 4, Nammuldi and Silvergrass. Driving the latest technological advancements, the open-pit mines offer an avenue for opportunity and career progression.
