About the role
We are looking for a Superintendent Mobile Equipment Maintenance (MEM) with mobile maintenance and safety leadership experience to strategically lead the Paraburdoo MEM team to implement transformational change. This role is a great opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational leader to become an industry leader in the MEM safety and maintenance fields.

Reporting to the Manager Maintenance, Paraburdoo, and working in a challenging, exciting environment you will be:
- Demonstrating a personal commitment and passion for safety, inclusion, and respect.
- An engaging and inspirational leader to transform the safety culture to become an interdependent culture.
- Fostering a culture of both step-change transformation as well as continuous improvement as part of our Rio Tinto Safety Production System.
- Experienced in Mobile Maintenance with prior maintenance execution, planning, scheduling, and engineering leadership experience.
In addition to the above, this role will provide regular site leadership coverage and support all departments across site offering the successful candidate exposure to a variety of work fronts.

Located 80km southwest of Tom Price, Paraburdoo is a town nestled in some of the most scenic landscape in Western Australia. Paraburdoo is recognised for its beautiful scenery, wildlife diversity and close proximity to Karijini National Park. Paraburdoo prides itself on being a safe and friendly community; ideal for young families.
