About the role
We are looking for a Superintendent People Readiness to support our next phase of Gudai-Darri Operation. This is a dynamic and highly influential role with direct involvement in delivery of the key people focused initiatives. Your leadership approach and experience with developing teams, organising complex scope and strategic change management will be integral to delivering an exceptional result for Gudai-Darri. This role will based in Perth with occasional site travel as required.
Reporting to the Principal Adviser Operational Readiness you will:
- Act as a trusted partner within the site Leadership team
- Evaluating the level of change/user readiness and undertaking appropriate actions to support for the changes required for future operations
- Supporting the integration of change management activities into the overall project plan
- Leading in supporting the Operating Managers to rapidly progress key people change initiatives to drive our performance to the next level
- Work with supporting business units (HR, Capability and Development, Facilities, Finance) to deliver the operational readiness schedule in line with their functional responsibilities
- Develop and update organisational designs for the future operating teams along with the change management strategy for recruitment
- Building our training and capability plan with an emphasis on new ways of working
- Developing and fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusiveness
- Facilitate building effective relationships with our partners (internal and external)
- Provide support for the Reward and Recognition program on site
- Engaging with Central support teams to leverage learnings and leading practices from the broader organisation and from within the Pilbara Operations
- Shaping the future strategy for people at Gudai-Darri

Where you will be working
You will be Perth based with opportunity to work flexibly from home combined with time in our Central Park offices. Our wider team is spread across a combination of Perth and Pilbara sites.
