About the role

We are seeking a motivated and engaging Superintendent Plant Maintenance to lead a highly capable team in delivering maintenance activities, to optimise and improve the performance of our Paraburdoo fixed plant operations.

This role represents a fantastic opportunity to leverage your people leadership skills and technical knowledge, to not only deliver productivity and efficiency gains, but also fostering an inclusive and supportive culture to positively develop your team.

The scope of work is as challenging as it is diverse. Success in this role will be contingent upon the effective engagement of and positive influence over key stakeholders, at all organizational levels. Leveraging the vast skillsets and extensive experience of your team, your focus will include but not be limited to:

• Leading the focus on sustaining and improving a strong safety culture throughout the site
• Leading, developing and coaching a multi-disciplined team
• Identifying and managing asset risk, to continuously achieve operational goals
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting the team in the implementation of improvement initiatives and technical advances
• Developing and controlling approved budget to deliver cost effective services that meet the business needs while ensuring compliance with the relevant statutory legislative provision

Located 80km south west of Tom Price, Paraburdoo is a town nestled in some of the most scenic landscape in Western Australia.
