About the role
We are seeking an engaging, safety focused leader to join our Supply Chain Services Asset Management division for Rail Infrastructure. This opportunity is full of rewarding challenges and role diversity, to develop strategic and leadership skills in a supportive environment working across the railway operations.
Reporting to the Manager Rail Infrastructure, you will :
Optimise asset performance with a primary focus on developing and optimising asset strategy and tactics
Be an inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices, and processes
Manage site Asset Criticality Assessment (ACA) register
Demonstrate an understanding and comply with the health, safety & environment policies, procedures, and initiatives
Lead and assist the team in detailed investigation processes and support reviews of unplanned failures
Have ultimate accountability for site defect elimination processes
Be a lead relationship manager with site execution teams
Drive AM process improvements including work/shut management, MPA transactions, BOM/task list/ plan update/review. Minor level tactic change implementation
What you’ll bring
Strong leadership aptitude with good technical abilities
Have a strong understanding of asset management
Relevant engineering degree qualification
Experience in defect elimination processes and root cause analysis
Excellent numerical analysis and data validation skills
A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
Respect for others and an all-inclusive mindset
A Current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver's Licence (Manual)
